Santa Isabel College of Manila offers TESDA courses/certifications for professionals or On-the-Job workers who intends to take up various technical-vocational courses. It aims to prepare professionals in acquiring necessary skills needed for a National Certification (NC) given by TESDA.

Description of TESDA Courses/Certifications Offered:

The Bookkeeping NC III is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of Bookkeepers in journalizing transactions, posting transactions, preparing trial balance, preparing financial reports, and reviewing internal control system. Possible career as bookkeeper or accounting clerk.

The Bread and Pastry NC II is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude in bread and pastry production, to prepare and present desserts, prepare and display petits four in accordance with industry standards. Possible career as Baker, Assistant Pastry Chef, Pastry Cook, Pastry Chef, or Pastry Commis.

The Cookery NC II is designed to clean kitchen areas, cook and prepare hot, cold meals and desserts for guests in various food and beverage service facilities. Possible career as Commis, Cold Kitchen Cook, Hot Kitchen Cook, Pantry Worker, or Pastry Cook.

The Food and Beverage Services NC II (FBS) is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude in preparing the dining room for service, welcoming guests & taking food and beverage orders, promoting food and beverage products, providing food and beverage service to guests, providing room service, and receiving & handling guest concerns. Possible career in waiter/waitress or food and beverage service attendant.

The Housekeeping NC II is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of housekeeping staff in providing housekeeping services, preparing guest's rooms, cleaning public areas & equipment, providing valet/butler services and laundering linen and guest's clothes. Possible career as junior/assistant cleaner, assistant public area cleaner, public area cleaner attendant, room/cabin attendant/room maid, laundry attendant, housekeeping attendant or butler.
