Admission Procedure

Basic Education Department

  1. Apply online by visiting this link: ONLINE ADMISSION
  2. Select the grade level you wish to apply.
  3. Attach image or pdf copy of Form-138 or Report Card (at least 1st quarter) and ID Photo (2x2 with white background).
  4. Check your email for confirmation of application and Admission Portal details.
  5. Entrance Exams are waived off for AY 2024-2025.

Procedure for New Student (Nursery, Kinder up to Grade 10) APPLY FOR ONLINE ADMISSION
PROCEDURE OFFICE
  • Secure admission slip with attached credentials
  • Submit original report card, good moral certificate, PSA birth certificate, & baptismal certificate
Admission's Office
  • Accomplish Information Sheet
  • Complete the Pre-enrollment Form (Online)
Registrar's Office (Window 3)
  • Issuance of Student ID number and Password for the Student Portal
Accounting Office (Cashier)
  • Accomplish Online Enrollment Form in the Student Portal
Registrar's Office
  • Approval of Online Enrollment
  • Received SMS notification of approval
Principal's Office
  • Payment of necessary fees for the school year

Procedure for Old Students (Kinder up to Grade 12)

  • Present approved previous school year report card accomplished information sheet to Window 3
  • Accomplish Online Enrollment Form in the Student Portal
Registrar's Office
  • Approval of Online Enrollment
  • Received SMS notification of approval
Principal's Office
  • Payment of necessary fees for the school year
