Admission Procedure

Basic Education Department

  1. Apply online by visiting this link: ONLINE ADMISSION
  2. Select the grade level you wish to apply.
  3. Attach image or pdf copy of Form-138 or Report Card (at least 1st quarter) and ID Photo (2x2 with white background).
  4. Check your email for confirmation of application and Admission Portal details.
  5. Entrance Exams are waived off for AY 2024-2025.

ON INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
  • Ensuring that students stay connected and updated with SICM, the school provides an INTERNET CONNECTIVITY (BIZLOAD) which comes with a FREE POCKET WIFI that has 35GB of data per month. This includes 30GB data for Google Classroom and GSuite for Education (1GB per day), 4GB Open Data Access and 1GB for other Apps.
SCHOOL FEES POLICY AND PAYMENT
  • Unsettled balance from the previous school year (2019-2020) are carried over this academic year 2020-2021. Downpayment for enrollment is at Php 2,000.00.

  • All incoming Grade 11 and 12 who have completed their Grade 10 in public schools are qualified for the NO TOP-UP Program wherein all school fees are covered by the SHS Voucher Program of DepEd.

  • A 2% discount is given to students who settles the school fees in full upon enrollment.

  • School Fee Balance is payable on a quarterly installment basis (1st Qtr - 4th Qtr) or monthly installment basis (August 2020 - May 2021).
