Admission Procedure

Higher Education Department

  1. Apply online by viiting this link: ONLINE ADMISSION
  2. Select the level you wish to apply for.
  3. Attach image or pdf copy of Grade 12 Report Card or Form 138 (at least 1st Semester) and ID Photo (2x2 with white background). For transferees, attach a copy of your Transcript of Records (TOR).
  4. Check your email for confirmation of application and Admission Portal details.
  5. Entrance Exams are waived off for AY 2021-2022.

For Entrance Examinations:

  1. Accomplished Application Form for Entrance Examination
  2. Two (2) copies of I.D. pictures (2x2 in size)
  3. Grade 12 Report card (photocopy)

For Entrance Examinations:

  1. Accomplished Application Form for Entrance Examination
  2. Two (2) copies of I.D. pictures (2x2 in size)
  3. Transcript of Records for evaluation purposes
  4. Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Credentials
  5. Transcript of Records for evaluation purposes
  1. Comply requirements for Freshmen/Transferees
  2. Letter of Intent to enroll addressed to the College Registrar
  3. Alien Certification Registration (ACR) and study permit
  4. Original Personal History Statement with picture
  5. Photocopy of passport pages with full name, photo and birth date
  6. Authenticated Transcript of Records
  7. Notarized Affidavit of Support
  8. Authenticated Bank Certificate of Parents
  9. Certificate of Good Moral Character
EVENING CLASS PROGRAM
  • Accomplished freshmen requirements, Application Letter, Autobiography (handwritten), Certificate of Employment (with 1 month pay slip) and Parent(s) Income Tax Return or Certification of non-payment ITR
  • Comply with the other requirements for freshmen/transferees.
