STEPS FOR THE ONLINE PRE-ENROLLMENT OF NEW AND TRANSFEREE STUDENTS IN THE BASIC EDUCATION, HIGHER EDUCATION & GRADUATE SCHOOL
Notice: This portal can be used by all incoming New, Transferee, Returnee and Old Students.
Pre-enrollment for incoming Nursery to Senior High School, College and Graduate School can process their pre-enrollment via online or onsite.
Students enrolling for Nursery, Kindergarten, Elementary (Grades 1-6), Junior High School (Grades 7-10) and Senior High School (Grades 11-12) as well as College Freshmen will have to visit the school for their onsite enrollment using the computerized enrollment system.
STEPS FOR THE ONLINE PRE-ENROLLMENT
Upon approval of your admission, click the link for the ONLINE ENROLLMENT PORTAL at https://santaisabel.edu.ph/enrollonline/.
Click the "Pre-enrollment" button for incoming new or transferee students.
Fill-out all the necessary boxes indicated: student name, complete home address, mobile number, e-mail address. and chosen grade level/strand/course/program. College and Graduate School students may indicate their own mobile number and email address. .
Settle the Pre-enrollment fee (downpayment) of Php 2,000.00 to facilitate the issuance of STUDENT NUMBER and PASSWORD which will be used for all of the School's Online Transactions. The said amount shall be deducted from the Total School Fee. Payment can be done onsite (cashier) or bank deposit. For incoming Grade 11 students (public school), downpayment is waived off.
Upon payment to the designated bank or cashier, upload the scanned copy or photo of the pre-enrollment bank deposit slip or Official Receipt (if onsite payment) by clicking the Choose File or Browse button. Please do not forget to write the name of student and contact number(CP# must be active and legitimate) on the bank deposit slip before uploading for easy identification and reference. Image should be in a .jpeg format only. For incoming Grade 11 (from public schools), attach "Admission Slip" in replacement of the deposit slip/Official Receipt.
Wait for 3 to 5 working days(excluding weekends and holidays) for the acknowledgement of payment and for the issuance of Student Number and Password via SMS.
After your payment has been acknowledged, proceed to the Online Enrollment by visiting the school's website at https://santaisabel.edu.ph and click the "STUDENT ONLINE PORTAL".
