Admission Procedure
Basic Education Department
- Apply online by visiting this link: ONLINE ADMISSION
- Select the grade level you wish to apply.
- Attach image or pdf copy of Form-138 or Report Card (at least 1st quarter) and ID Photo (2x2 with white background).
- Check your email for confirmation of application and Admission Portal details.
- Entrance Exams are waived off for AY 2024-2025.
Higher Education Department
- Apply online by viiting this link: ONLINE ADMISSION
- Select the level you wish to apply for.
- Attach image or pdf copy of Grade 12 Report Card or Form 138 (at least 1st Semester) and ID Photo (2x2 with white background). For transferees, attach a copy of your Transcript of Records (TOR).
- Check your email for confirmation of application and Admission Portal details.
- Entrance Exams are waived off for AY 2024-20225
Enroll Now!
The Online Student Enrollment of the Higher Education Department provides students to enroll at Santa Isabel College through the Student Online Portal, thus making enrollment easy and convenient. It also utilizes an SMS Broadcast Facility to notify students on the status of their Online Enrollment.
Steps to Follow for the Online Enrollment:
- Access the Student Online Portal by clicking the "Enroll Now" button or the link under the "Services Menu".
- Enter your account using your Student ID No. and Password, then click "Log-in".
- Select the "Online Enrollment" tab under the ONLINE SELECTION MENU of your account.
- Fill-out required fields which include your Year Level, E-mail Address and Cellphone Number.
- Select the Courses or Subjects you want to enroll for the given semester by clicking the box of your choice.
- After selecting your courses/subjects, click the View Matriculation button to verify the entered information and selected courses/subjects.
- Once you have checked your Student Matriculation, click Save and Send to Dean’s Office for Approval. In case you need to make necessary changes on the subjects selected, click the Back to Subject Selection button. An SMS will be sent to the Program Chairperson and/or Dean informing of a pending enrollment approval.
- An SMS will be sent to your entered cellphone number to notify you on the Status of Application whether it is approved or disapproved by the Dean or Program Chairperson.
- Upon approval of your application, you may present your Student ID at the Cashier of the Accounting Office for the Payment of Fees. The printing of your Payment Details prior to the settling of account is optional since the Accounting Office will check your approved student matriculation.
- For a successful online enrollment, you are advised to settle your account at the Accounting Office within three (3) days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, to avoid forfeiture of your enrollment slot.
- An SMS will be sent to you that confirms your online enrollment and you are officially enrolled in the particular semester. You may print your registration form and this serves as your Certificate of Matriculation/Registration to Santa Isabel College.
